Introducing a Pecan and Avocado Creamy Pesto On Gluten Free Pasta. Tested by my hubby John and the teen and young adult in my household, it is now an approved go to meal for my family! It is fabulous paired with a chilled Pinot Grigio for those evenings when you want to up level your dining experience.
Gluten Free Pasta with Creamy Pecan and Avocado Pesto
1 /2 cup of pecans
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic bulb pressed
1 half avocado
1 tbsp dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup organic chicken stock (store-bought)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix in food processor
Serve over your favourite cooked pasta!
